It is a strange feeling when you finally get to the weight you dreamed of... you look back at the person you were and say to yourself "how could I have let that happen to me"! I was 337 at my highest weight. Today I am 197! God Bless the Lap Band procedure. You can do it too. Todd Hartmann

This is a miracle story!:thumbup: I had the LAP-BAND® surgery on 6/16/09. In 3 months and 2 1/2 weeks I have lost 81lbs! Sore everywhere from all the exercise! This is a documentary of my LAP-BAND® experience. To say this has changed my life would be an understatement. . I want to share this with anyone who is in need of this procedure. Addicted to food? ME! If I couldn't eat it I'd sit on it!:thumbup: Everything in my life was so hard to physically do. Trouble even sleeping. Frustrated...me, miserable....me, tired all the time...me... GONE GONE GONE!!! If you want to lower health care cost the government should just pay for Lap Bands for all who need them!:laugh: Diabetes cut in half, Heart Disease...half...etc. Just my opinion...can you tell I am SCREAMING WITH JOY regarding the LAP-BAND®®®®? I've been told I am losing more than most people...BUT IT'S SO EASY!:thumbup: I'm NEVER hungry...just me? My cravings are gone...just me? The key to the LAP-BAND® I believe is looking at it as if it's a gift and not fight it. I took on this to save my life... it's that important. I realise now the world is SO much bigger than food! Kathy!:tt1: Thank you so much! You should be so proud of yourself for not only taking control of your life but...OMG 50lbs! You are on the path. The hardest part id over. Now it's kind of exciting to watch your body shrink! I appreciate your kind words regarding my family. I have more support than you can imagine. I think I'll see my grand kids now. I had the LAP-BAND®®® surgery on 6/16/09. In 3 months and 1 week I have lost 75lbs! I'm half way home! This is a video of my LAP-BAND®®® experience. Thank you so much!:tt1: I couldn't hold anything down except for popcicles, juice and water the first 7 days. It will get so much better. I have trouble tolerating eggs too. But I'm so proud of you taking this huge step into a new life! It will change you forever. There is SO much more than food in this world. And we still can enjoy food! Just very very slowly!
