I was banded March 2nd. I stayed with a liquid protein diet for 2 weeks. Yesterday, I had 1 container of baby food (prunes & very tasty) for breakfast, a mid-morning protein drink, about 3 inches of grilled chicken for lunch, an afternoon protein drink, 1 piece of cod fish for dinner and since it was my anniversary, I splurged a little and had pineapple cheesecake minus the crust. With every meal, I have felt either full or very satisfied. I have lost 20 lbs since March 2nd.
