    I am a retired teacher and am now an adjunct professor at a univeristy. My lap band surgery was Feb. 19, 2009.

    I am Patti, and I had my lap band surgery on February 19, 2009. Had a rough couple of days in hospital but am doing great now. I am losing slowly, but still going down. First fill is scheduled for April 3. Exciting time for me!!!!:w00t:
