Just an update!!
I returned to my doctors’ office today just to tell them how I had been feeling and I actually left with some good advice. The first thing was that I had been forgetting not to drink while I was eating. That I was only washing down the food I had just consumed. I had been doing that a lot and not really realized it. It sooooo hard to break past habits. Second I was told not to freak out that I had eaten bread or that I had even eaten before I was suppose to. That it was ok! (I did not wait the 3 days cause I wanted to see if the fill made me feel fuller…. It did not). That I had to give it some time & that I had not damaged the band or stretched the top stomach. But to try and get back on track and not to be down on myself. After my visit to the doctors’ office I felt better, but after reading the previous post I feel a lot more encouraged. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to respond to me. Its lets me know that I do not walk this walk alone. Thanks
