Don't get discouraged when the weight loss slows or even if you gain between fills...that's why they call this point Bandster Hell...it's all up to you until you get to the Sweet Spot, so just remember that you'll get there. If you haven't found the 'March 2009' group under forums you should check in with them too as they're all about the exact same place you are (let me know if you can't find it).

I had a wild long weekend...kid stuff, strep throat, and one home from college until last night. Sounds like I'm preaching to the choir though...you have plenty to keep you busy!!!
