I found this website to get food from that is made specifically for us banded people! In fact, I thought its name was so appropriate, I did a take off of it for my screen name. It's www.bandtasticmeals.com. I love the food! It tastes great, it's very moist (so I can swallow it easily), it's the correct portion size, I only have to chew about 1/2 as much and it's ready to swallow, it's healthy, and it STAYS DOWN! I was so happy that a friend told me about it so I thought I'd share it with you.

Hello, all! I'm new to this forum, but not new to wonders of the Lap-Band. I'm about 9.5 months out. I have had a problem with dumping. I was wondering what you might suggest to make eating the right foods prepared the correct way much easier so I don't dump! Thanks so much!!
