Personality and friendliness aside, where can I details on surgeons such as how many lapbands they have done, percent revisions, etc?

Does anyone know the incidence of hernias after surgery. I want to push on stomach exercises after surgery and time to heal, but does the surgery prevent anyone from heavy weights and lots of ab exercises? Tnx

I don't have a band yet, but if I got an illness with a lot of nausea would a complete unfill allow me to vomit without having to remove the band? Thanks

I'm 43, have a BMI of 32, and a strong history of diabetes. I got the intragastric balloon and have lost about 10 lbs in a month. Thing is, I have to get it removed in 5 months. It's so nice to not have to will my body not to eat all the time. I want a normal BMI to escape the family curse of diabetes, and am considering the band for a more permanent solution. Any thoughts?
