Kentucky girl having surgery on March 25, 2009!!

Hello everyone! My name is Melissa and I am from Catlettsburg Kentucky.Today is my first time every on this website, and I have learned so much already. I started my pre-op diet yesterday and my surgery is scheduled for March 25th. I know its going to be totally worth it, but this is my second day on my pre-op diet and I am having a rough time going off pop. I should have weaned myself off of it a long time ago!! Plus I am drinking the EAS premixed protein shakes and I am not liking them:eek:. I am open to suggestions on these shakes or anything else I need to know before or after surgery.
