Hi everyone, good to see you all, sorry not been on here for ages you all know wat it is like, I work full time and dont get home till 6 each evening. It is so good to see how well every one is doing. Sorry to hear your mess flirty, I feel just the same as you, I have only had 3 fills, still no restriction, food gets stuck all the time, but I never feel full, I just end up in lods of pain, I have not lost any more weight, I am now starting to put weight on, which is depressing, I am not having a fill till after Jan next year, that is because I dont want to spoil xmas. Everyone is sounding good, I am going to be good from now till exmas and hopefully I will lose about half a stone, fingers crossed. By the way guys, I became a Nana on weds to a lovely little boy Harrison, he is the cutest little man ever x

Hi, thanks for all the advise, me and you alike, I also need to get my head around this band. I realy have to get it working for me and not me working for myself and not being realy good. I am sure chris will be at Manchester, 5th Nov Thurs, I am hoping to have a fill that day. I would like to say a big thank you to all ur help and advise and encouragement. Your all great. I am going to try harder. I am going to lose some more weight, I want to lose another half a stone which will take me to 3 stone. Thanks you all for you support xxxxxxxx

have u got a secret video at my works that sees all the snack a jacks that we eat, lol, think you know all the bad habbits that we all have. thanks for that Gaz, I will have to be good from now on. lol thanks you for your advise I will try and make more of an effort, I realy know I need to do thanks agian

Hi wishfull, god is the food getting stuck, soups go down so easy, anything eles is crap, it all gets stuck, it has been like that since I had my last fill, which is over 4 weeks ago, think you was at manchester when I had it done, I have now got 6and half mls in. I dont feel like I have a restcition, i just get loads of pain when I eat, I still have not lost any weight, so feeling pritty fed up

Hi everyone, long time no speak, sorry not been on for a while, I am totally fed up, I cam eat most things, Except bread, I have not lost any more weight. I keep getting food stuck, which is very painfull, I thought I would have lost some weight, but nothing, Any advise would be great, I would love to start losing again. You guys are really doing good, keep it up people.

Yes it was good seeing you and having a chat, Fred gave me 1ml, which takes me up to 6ml. I still have no restriction, I have been on liquids up untill tonight, I had some tea and it went down grate, he did say that it may take anther 1 or 2 fills, fingers crossed, I am so glad you have restriction, you looked so well on thurs, good to see you again. xx

homecare, thanks for the message, I am the same as you. I seem to beable to eat just about anything, I told Fred this 2day, He says that I need to do more excersice and hopefully my next fill will give me some restriction. Just you keep you chin up and keep working at it. mandy xx

Hi everyone, Today went well, I had another 1ml put in that takes it up 2 6mls. I still dont have a restriction, but I will be trying a little harder till my next fill. My port has been really sort for a few weeks, so I explained this to fred 2day, when he had a look he said that it looked like i must have pulled my port and maybe torn a stitch which has caused some internal bleeding and made me swell and sore. I am so glad this is wat it is , I was getting worried. He says the healing may take a few weeks. When he weighed me I had only put a pound on, so I was so glad. Fred reccons that another fill and I will be restricted. Sorry guys for all the moaning. I am just fed up with not loseding any weight.

Hi everyone, Sorry I have not been on for a few weeks,I have been on my hols to Turkey, I only got bk last friday and have only just got time to have a nosey on here. I have had a quick read of all your messages, everyone is doing so well. Your all an insperation to each and every1 off us who pop on here. It was good to read that Gary is doing so well since his problems, I am soooo pleases that every thing is now working well for him. As for all the ladies, every one is just doing wounderfull, with some fantastic weight lose. I am a little fed up, I will be going for my 3rd fill 2moz and I am hopeing for a restriction. I can just about each everything and as much as I want, I have put on about 5 pounds and I am really fed up. Fingers crossed for 2moz, I just hope Fred gives me a good fill. :blushing: Nice to read all your messages guys. xxxx

:thumbup:Thanks guys for the words of support, I have been feeling really fed up, the weight lose has been very slow and for the last 5 weeks I have not lost anything and was getting fed up and stressed, plus my dad has been really ill and my brother and his wife have just split up, nothing was going rite. I am now thinking that this time next year I will be the weight I want to be xx thanks again xx mandy

Hi everyone, good to hear your all well and happy, sorry for being moody a couple of weeks ago, everything seamed to be going wrong and I had posted a couple of questions on here and I did get any relply. Sorry again guys Gary it is so good to here that your band is going to be fixed, hope all goes well. It is so good to read all your messages, your all doing great, I am still stuck, I still have no restriction. I am going away in 2 weeks, so looking forward to that, I have not lost as much weight as I would have liked to have done, but once I get bk I can start to get my fills and a good restriction and then weight lose. Hi guys and dolls, congrats to all the losers, the new banders starting their jouney. Everyone is doing so well, it is inspireing reading all your good wishes and messages. Dose anyone know if Wendy comes to Manchester, if not what is the nearest area to manchester dose she do her surgery/fills. Any hlep and advise will be apprecated. I have just had my 2nd fill last week and still no restriction. It is getting really hard now being good. I have started to do aqua arobics twice a week and today my lovely hubby has bought me a tummy cruncher, which hopfully will help me. X Thanks to you all in advance x

Hi, long time no speak, I have just had my 2nd fill last Thurs with Chris at Manchester, How are you doing, not seen alot of you lately, I have just been quickly passing on the site, I still have no restriction, I had another 2 mls put in on Thurs which takes me to 5mls, I cant have any more till sept, as we go away in August to Turkey and he says not to have any more fills. It is so good to hear from you and to see that you are doing so well. You are doing so well. I am really stuggleing at the moment and I am worried about my hols, that I may put weight on. I am now down by 2.7 stone but I am really stuggleing. I am finding it hard to lose weight by the day. I did ask if I could have a little more of a fill but he would not hear off it. I am realy pleased to hear you are doing ok and that you are well and happy xx Hope to speak to you soon xxxx

To all the new banders, the regulars ur all doing so well. Flirty ur doing so good, ur a insperation to all the peeps on here thinking of having a band or trieing you lose weight on the band. Hi to everyone, I have not been on for about a week, work, home, kids hubby etc. I am going to try and get on here more often. I have just been to a meeting for weight loss surgery peeps in Manchester 2day, it was so good to see people who had had the same sugery as me to chat to these people, some of them had had gastric bypasses, they had some realy goood info and advise for me and everyone els who was there, the whole meeting was realy good. I just hope you peeps are all doing well and are happy, I am going to read all your messages now and try and chat up. I still have no restriction and could if i did eat as much as I want xx Mandy

Good luck to all you new banders, you have all made a really great choise in deciding to have a band fitted. You have all posted some good advise, info for us to read. I have not lost any weight since having my 1st fill, I am still at the same weight, which has really made me fed up. I have another fill in July and I hope then that I get a restriction. I am so happy for you all. I just need to ask a little question, if you all dont mind. When I eat I feel so full. I have tried to make my self sick because I feel so full, but I cant be sick, has anyone els had this happen to them. I have only tried to make myself sick last nite and could not belive that I could'nt be sick. Thanks for your help in advance. Mandy xx

Hi Wishfull, good to hear your doing so good. I have no restriction at the moment, I have booked another fill for the 9th July, when We have come bk off my hols in August, I am going to book with WLS, I have not lost any weight since having my fill last thurs. I am trying to do a little more excercise, to help with the weight loss. You look great last week when I met you, just keep it up. xx

Hi everyone, yet again, some very good post. I went shopping yesterday, Matalan, I needed a new top/outfit for last nite, my best mates daughters 18th party, I went to matalan with hubby, and ended up having a panick attact and ended up going home. I have not had a attack for about 12 mths, I got up yesterday morning and felt ace, went shopping and then ended up feeling realy stressed, we had to stop the van on the way home because I was going to be sick, I cant belive I was so stressed. I ended up going bk to matalan on my own got a dress, size 18, a little tight on the bust, but it looked realy nice and i felt realy nice. i ended up having a realy nice nite, I know I looked good, ended up pissed of with one of my mates friends, who when I went up 4 the buffet, said, cant belive you are getting food, thought you could not eat, and you have taken the easy way to lose weight. I then got on my heigh horse and gave her a piece of my mind, cheeky cow, I dont think i have taken the easy option by any means and With a couple of drinks inside me, I told her so. dont think she will be speaking to me again lol xx
