I'm hoping that mushies will increase the weight loss. I know it's more calories, but I'll be getting in more protien. The dr moved me on to mushies early. So this morning I made an awesome omelette. It sounds gross but it was goooood. 1/2 serving lowfat cottage cheese mixed with 1 egg. Whisked it together and put it in a pan with cooking spray. Inside was 1 serving of Feta reduced fat cheese.....OMG soo ooey and gooey! I like feta but hate cottage cheese. However I couldn't even tell it was there!!! Hugs Patty
