Sounds yummy Patty!! I'll share another, it's become my favorite. Layer: 1/2 cup refried beans, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, sprinke low fat cheese on top and microwave. Very filling and VERY yummy!! So glad you're doing so well!! xoxo

Wanted to let you know that I spoke with my nutritionist today and she said that while it's different for everyone, females should generally be eating between 1200 - 1800 calories a day. I told her I had been eating 600. She said I should up it, so I'm upping to 1000 - 1200 a day. I've plateaued a bit, so I'm hoping that bumping up my calories will help the scale begin moving again.

Hi! You are totally on track! I lost 19 pounds during my pre-op diet (it was two weeks and five days of only slim fast shakes and two cups of veggies). I've lost about 8 pounds since surgery, waiting until tomorrow to update my ticker. I started the mushy phase yesterday....have you started that yet? I'm expecting my weight loss to slow down with that.
