I am doing great on 7/25 I was 235.8 today I am at 227.8. Not so hungery now. I found protein shake I love. Atkins Advantage, dark choc. royale, i am going to try strawberry tomorrow. Hope all is well with you. Sure hope we get to meet at the hospital.
