Love you first and then you can love others.

I have struggled with weight for 20 years. Starting with the birth of my 1st child at age 23 I gained 75 lbs; baby weighing 6.7 lbs, I begin the journey. I joined every weight lost program there was and spent thousands of dollars. After losing the weight and another pregnancy of gaining 75 plus pounds; baby weighing 6.9 lbs this time, and continued years of struggling, and health challenges, I decided to do it this way. My husband and children in support of me, I jumped in. Today, almost 4 years after having the surgery, I am happy and would not change a thing.

My words of encouragement--Do it for you and no one else, therefore you can't disappoint any but you. I love my husband and would do anything for him but this I did for me and he loves IT and me!
