G'day, ur doing so well !!!! I have lost about 33lbs. A lot slower then i would like, but at least it is comming off. I have worked out it is only 1lb a week, I have 5.8cc in and think or rather am hoping by 6.5cc i will have reached my sweet spot. I can feel restriction if i eat fast and have had about 3 moments where i wondered if the food might go down but it only took a minute and i was fine. (that was with bread twice and steak once) Thankfully i am not at the point where i think i would vomit or anything. Going by only 1lb a week i should loose at least another 26lbs by the end of the year, that would mean i will be well over half way. It would be nice if i can make that goal or better yet a little more. My dream goal by the end of the year would be another 35lbs and then i will be under 200lbs and that will sound so much better By the way i am quite tall 174cm, lol.... cause i just thought 200lbs sounds bad too. lmao
