Happy, 14 of those lbs. I lost on pre-op diet, up until couple weeks ago i was strictly eating meat and vegetables only, protien shake or the 42 gram protien bullet for brkfst (somtimes cottage cheese or yogurt (both fat free), tuna (5 oz foil pack) w/2 tbsp fat free mayo and either small amount of veggies or piece of fruit every day for lunch, dinner salmon (or tiliapia)and veggie or fruit, I walk 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes (so for me its not the exercise, when schhol is out will get more in) have not lost any in about 2.5 weeks, but getting on strict regiment again! There is a period where you loose no matter what and that period is over for me until hit that sweet spot, have had 2 fills, first was 4cc, second 1.75 cc, so i am at 5.75cc, next fill is June 15!
