  3. You are not alone.... I just deal with it. The worst for me is at the gym, because I'm on a piece of equipment and there's no getting off to toot. When someone walks up on me, there's no denying who made the stink! Oh my goodness!

    Okay, the time change has messed me up! I woke up at 5:40 this morning instead of my regular 6:30 because my body said, "PEE TIME". I couldn't go back to sleep. It was a vente day at Starbucks and my butt is still dragging.

    B, you kill me. I know what you mean about eating as much as you can afford with sushi. God I love that stuff....but the rice doesn't pass through my port and it's horrific. I'm not hard core enough to eat sushi with no rice. Maybe that will change. Glad you're getting home, (is the wife with you?) You're bodybugg will be waiting for you. Woah! You're down more than 50% of what you want to lose. When did that happen?! Too cool, way to go!

  10. Hi Lookin. Glad you're here. Hit us up with questions, we are a supportive lot. Your coming out story mirrors a lot of what I've seen, it's a challenge but you seem like you've got a good handle on it. :confused: On that note imnanrn, there's a thread for just that question on the ticker but I couldn't find it. Maybe someone can tell you. You could try to hit mine and it will take you tickerfactory.com and follow their directions....I'm of little help.

    Sirusman, That's fantastic that you bike that much. John where are you at that it isn't too cold to ride? Or do you have the appropriate gear? I'm chicken to spend the money on cold weather clothing because of the cost and my ever shrinking body.(darn!) :confused:

  16. You're normal. Gaining a few pounds is normal too. This is bandster hell. Try what you can to do what you can, like drinking lots of Water and exercise to keep the calories you consume from doing too much damage. Sorry it stinks horrilby right now. Pouting and being frustrated is allowed. No wallowing in pity or freaking out that you made a mistake. XO!

    Christine- I'm not a mountain biker. I think some of the others have done it. I tried but don't like the jarring that happens. I think it's an AMAZING goal, and not too ambitious. You can do what ever you set your mind to do. Welcome!

    Hi Buggers! I'm loving mine! I'm running at a deficit over my target everyday so far. Okay it's been 3 days. I hope to be doing that in 3 months too! Oh, happy happy

    JC my protein stuff isn't the same. Boo. Sorry. HP, good to see you here. Okay, I know I wrote about the "I want my mommy" work out. Well yesterday with the BodyBugg on I did that and my 20 minutes of running/walking + the stairmaster for 10 minutes, my regular cardio. Well regular burns more calories, but the mommy was strength training and calories burn in 30 minutes. However, I want to burn MORE, MORE, MORE. So mommy, though it's great doesn't meet the objective to burn more so I can eat more. And mommy kills you, so the ability to do more after is hard. Thanks for reading my ramblings....

    A Biking related post: My biking mentor came over yesterday to give me lessons on inner tube changing. I miss biking so much! It was cool to get dirty and learn some stuff. And she's so inspirational. There are bike maintenance classes offered over the winter and the group goes to those. I'm gonna do it too. Also, they do spinning as a group. I'm thinking I'll try to hook up with that as well. YEAH! God love my DD, who said as soon as Miss J showed up, "are you sleeping over?" Like all woman who visit sleep over. Momma isn't a ho...

    it's easy to install with the wizard. Plan on about 15 minutes to answer questionaires about how you eat and such. Navigating the website is a bit awkward at first but if you can deal with this forum you'll be able to get around the site after a bit. I love mine so much. I didn't bring my USB cord to work to download calories burned, so I have to wait to get home to know. I hope it's a but load. I ran and did the stair master at lunch time. I'm doing this insance cardio/weight thing at 4. I did both so I could compare calories burned. Super geeky, but I'm a dork....

    We did SS at work many years ago, and one dude who was very funny, took everyone's name out and put his on 12 pieces of paper. Of course it didn't last because people can't keep secrets...it was pretty funny at the time.
