You look amazing. I love the cheek bones, collar bones, and you're all curvy! woo hoo! Thanks for the inspiriation.
-
Well, the good thing is you want to change and realize you need to. So, if you've not peeled back the stuff in you brain about why you eat how you eat this would be the time to call a therapist. Get back to bandster basics. See what Boo Boo said. Don't kick your ass too hard, the difference between now and two years ago is a few pounds. It's your life, dig a little deeper and live it the way you deserve to live. That's with you in control!

It might take longer for the food to come up, like in the past I'd throw up a bit after realizing I was nausiated (sp) now it's like it has to bubble and brew for a few hours. Then, violently the contents of my stomach (below the band) come up. Really, your body will take care of business.

Caresa Have you seen before and after pics of women with 'back'? You can see such a difference, but they keep the cute roundness. I on the other hand havenoassatall. You'll be looking super fine shortly. J -
JC, So how many emails were waiting for you? Happy Monday ya'll.

I want butt implants too! -
Woo hoo on the jeans. Boo hoo for your daughter. I know they do the band on people as young as 16 and I think 18 is the more common age. It's certainly something to think about and your a good resource as far as how it really impacts ones life. Keep us posted about her. Juli

You call me, you still have my number, right? -
I got my ride in. 32 miles under my belt. My restriction is messed up. Or I'm making dumb ass choices, hard to believe. I wanted sushi so badly after the ride, I went the restuarant, ordered at a few rolls and knew the nori, wrapper part, got stuck. I puked in the car the 20 minute ride home. This morning egg beaters had me PBing too. WTF? I can eat crackers and Cookies, but not good for me stuff. I know it's the texture, not the good verses bad thing...but still. Puking in the car is not a fun experience. Off to read three chapters...........ugh

I can't stand to see the use of the word Nazi as pertaining to a fill-Nazi, a femme-Nazi, gym-Nazi, or soup-Nazi. It just makes me think people have no real clue just how horrible the Nazis actually were. To toss it around so easily makes people even less sensitive to the vast inhumanity of WWII. When someone says they are a Nazi I want to ask them if they systematically burn, mutilate, and torture the people with whom they disagree? Just had to vent.

Pamela Thanks for all the boobies!!!! We need to make a phone date and catch up! How's Wed or Thurs look for you super busy schedule? :rose: -
oh and BG, you are kicking fat's ass. WTG with the low carb business. You Rock!
-
HP How incredible for you! Getting in smaller, cuter, fun clothes is such a fantastic motivator! Way to go and keep it up! JC That's very cool about the date. You'll have to keep us posted. BG The only good thing about OT is the pay check. When I work it, it's usually a waste of time. I don't need to be there historically the supervisor has been there, so I go and make my time and a half bored out of my mind. Hence the millions of posts I put on LBT yesterday. B Good to know you're healing. Too bad no one else can do our homework for us, eh? Currently I'm studying the history of management theory. It's more interesting than it sounds, but it's a high level 435 class with some big expectations. I'll be hitting the books after my 32 mile ride this afternoon. Over and out.

It's been super quiet here all day. I've been on here all damn day due to my 12 hours of overtime. Anyway, girl get some food in ya.
-
I thought I'd take you by surprise. But really, it took me nearly 37 years to stop making excuses for why my life isn't what I wanted it to be. I shut the hell up and started making the really hard changes it is taking to get that life. The flip side of girls being allowed to be emotional is that they are taught to smile through a bunch of shit when boys are taught they are allowed to call people on their shit....a different topic to be sure....but I'm done letting women off the hook. Boo hoo, I get my way. Doesn't work for me.
-
Awe that's really nice, but I have too much Protein powder that I don't use now...Thanks for the offer! I am interested in the PB2 though. I saved the link.

Uh, I'd call and get her name and write a letter to the corperation. Nothing threatening, just that her customer services skills are lacking or their policy is bad and regardless, only one in ten people complain so if you are the one there are nine others who she has turned off. I write many letters.

I'd just not do the cooking and excuse yourself to a different room. Be dramatic and say you can't handle being around food right now. Hell get a head ache and go to your bedroom and leave them to themselves. Not that two wrongs equal a right, but your allowed to be pissy, you just had surgery.
-
OMG, what the hell? It's funny but kind of odd too.
-
If I had to give up Peanut Butter I'd just die. Okay, that's overly dramatic, but I love the stuff. I find a half a sandwich at 150 calories is preferred to a whole one. The half takes care of the craving but doesn't blow the day. I like peanut butter and jelly in my oatmeal sometimes.

I get banded and Trader Joe's opens up...

or put the salmon burger in the blender with your condiment of choice or hot broth and eat it with a spoon. I ate pureed meat loaf during my mushie stage...it looked gross but was delightful.
