Hi I had my surgery 2-10-09 and I was on protein shakes for 3 wks after and now I eat alot of chicken in many different ways... grilled most of the time.... Im spanish so I have different ways of making them.. if interested let me know.. I was a person that never ate fish... Now I eat tilapia fish seasoned with a lil adobo low sodium.. and I spread butter I cant believe its not butter lite with a teaspoon of olive oil lite in a pan... its great.. broccoli with a lil adobo & butter.
