Heather i had no problems with the Optifast at the beginning either, it was the last few days of the third week when they started to bother me. especially the Vanilla one, lucky for me i had bought extra of the Chocolate flavour, and so i finished of the week just having the Chocolate. You are doing great, keep up the good work.:clap2: :clap2: Maria

Hi Yoda, i know what you mean about the gurgling, i have it all the time since my last fill, it does not keep me awake mind you, but it does happen at at very inconvenient times. example when the doctor was checking me over the other day. it just would not stop, she asked me if i was hungry LOL. I have no answer's for you on the weakness, maybe it just because you are not getting enough protein right now. Hope it gets better soon for you. :hug: Maria :rose:

I will find something Yoda i have lots to choose from, i live just outside of Newmarket. my youngest daughter lives in Newmarket, my oldest daughter lives in Keswick, and i live in between. Nice setup. I know Cloe, considering i have not worn a bathing suit in at least fifteen years, not only because i was over weight, but i had a mastectemy and i feel very uncomfortable around people in a bathing suit. The back is still quite painfull Neenagh, i have been to the Dr. this time i insisted on some other type of treatment, the pills are doing nothing for me. So now i am to go for x-rays, bone density scan, physiotherapy and massage therapy. And Neenagh the subject of weight loss still came up, even though i am down 72 lbs, i was told to keep losing weight it will help a lot, as if i didn't know that myself So my daughter printed of a list of physiotherapy places for me in my area (Newmarket) i chose the one that did Aqua therapy(even though i do not own a bathing suit), went last night for an assesment, the parking lot was not cleaned of snow, got into the building with out falling and was told i had to go upstairs, NO ELEVATOR,:omg: i can hardly walk and they tell me to go upstairs WTF, and on top of that were they would do the therapy is all open were anyone could stop and watch. NOT BLOODY LIKELY. Needless to say i will not be doing Aqua Therapy. Will let you know how i make out with my next choice, and with my tests. JLB if you haven't committed to the TLBC clinic, you can always have your surgery in Mississauga, and then your problem would be solved for staying at Heritage House. Just a thought. Maria
