Well i had my last weigh in for the month of January, and for the first time since we started these challenge's i made my goal. I still have to work on the Water goal, that one is tough for me. Maria

Mookie, i only lost 5 lbs the first six weeks, my wieght did not really start to come off until i started on solid food. You are going to be okay, the loss you have so far is gone for good, think positive, bye, bye 20 lbs. Maria
