Fell Off The Wagon,now Im Back On......

I have also got back on the wagon, Gotbanded in 2008,went from 277 down to 145, now back up to 200, went bacc got a fill have lost 10 its been 30 days,having lots of throw up caughing most all night,it even will just start dripping from my nose like a nose bleed,has anyone had this befor.
