This is day 6 for me post op. I had the shoulder pain too. Every day seems better and walking definitly helps. I do 10 minutes twice a day so far. Good for me...I worry about hunger and being bored. Any suggestions?

Hi, today is day 6 after surgery. I am dreaming about food, but I don't have much appetite. I am feeling better and beginning to get bord but afraid to overdo. Any suggestions? Any snacks that help the first two weeks of liquids? -

I have my first appt. with my doctor on Thurs. Then we will schedule my surgery date. I'm having some thoughts about "oh gosh, can I really do this? Can I eat like they want me to? What if I blow it because my mind says one thing and my stomach know another?" Any advice? Thanks...
