I just turned 40 and made the first decision I have in a long time strictly for me. I've been researching lapband for the past year and on the 1 year anniversary of my father's passing decided it was time to save my own life.
I am on liquids only today (pre-op) and I'm starving. It may be mental but I don't think so. I didn't sleep last night do to nerves. I think it is normal to be nervous and have doubts but I know we can do this! Good Luck to us!
