Slight Unfill And Could Eat A Cow!
TracyW2 replied to Pinkygirl's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am so there with you. I like to keep mine on the tight side, but after I had surgery in August it became too tight. I could barely keep anything down. So I had a slight unfill and now I can eat anything and everything. It has been a real struggle at times to choose healthy food. -

Anyone Going Through Illinois Bariatric Center??
TracyW2 replied to Morganjm's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It wasnt until the 3rd or 4th fill before I felt any sort of restriction. I was scared the first time I was filled, but seriously I never even feel it. I just had a little bit taken out by Dr Sid on the 10th. -

Tummy Tuck Or Paniculectomy
TracyW2 replied to cheryl2586's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I went for the full tummy tuck. But I also had a lot of ad damange thanks to 3 pregnancies. I am extremely happy with mine. -
When I was banded, I had a 3 1/2 yo and a 16 month old. Surgery was on Thursday and I was a stay at home mom. By Monday, I was back to every day life. I had to sit down on the couch in order to pick my little one up. It took a bit before I was completely back to normal, but with in a week I had little holding me back.

The boobs where one of the last things to go for me. But I also breastfed for 18 months, just finished about 3 months ago. I went from about a 48 DDD to a 38 C. And let me tell you. While I was losing weight and nursing, my boobs became uneven. I seriously had one that was twice the size as the other!! I was freaked out. Thankfully, they finally evened out.

Help: I Love To Work Out And Sweat (Need Advice) !!
TracyW2 replied to marketingdude's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Good for you!! I love exercising, but mainly I love weight lifting. Yes, you need to make sure you are staying well hydrated esp if you are sweating that much!! -
I wear a size 4-6 and I still feel fat. It has gotten a lot better for me since I have had my tummy tuck. All I seen was all the skin and it was horrible on my self confidence. You lose the weight so fast that its hard for your head to catch up.

Planks are a killer! They seem so easy, but dang try holding one for a minute and you feel it! By the third one, Im ready to just lay down. I bet you did feel that in your legs. I do a lot of squats with a barbell and wow! Good luck at your first full session. Sounds like he is going to put a good hurting on you!
-
I only do cardio as a short warm up or cool down. I like the different 12 weeks programs they have on bodybuilding.com. Plus they are free. I'm getting ready to start a new program tomorrow, but it is only for 2 months. I use a lot of free weights and work one muscle group a week.
-
Sounds like you are doing fabulous!! My surgeon is 3 hours away. So 30 mins sounds like a drop in the bucket to me!
-
Thats awesome! I dont do much cardio at all either. Granted I dont use the weight machines either, I prefer the free weights. What all did your 25 min exercise consist of? I'm curious what all he had you do.

Anyone Else Cold Since Loosing Weight?
TracyW2 replied to tammylee205's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
After losing all the fat, I am constantly cold. I am so not looking forward to winter at all. I'm already being a wimp with it barely being fall. -
Get plenty of water and make sure you are stretching.
