What is the most powerful, gut-exploding laxative I can buy OTC?
Jane_J replied to Donna4545's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A

Hi Trish, I don't know what caused your horrible episodes, but I just want to express my solidarity with you, it's a horrible position to be is and I am so on your side. Jane x

Yay BJean I would do exactly the same Jane x -
Hehe would any of your old friends husbands like to sponsor (with no strings attached) a posh-ish talking Brit woman through PS? I am just asking, cos if you don' ask you don't get. We are constantly told our accents are cute and I can do the crystal cut glass accent when required, al la Kristin Scott Thomas in 4 Weddings and a Funeral. Please hold out hope for me that a rich Texan or similar will rescue a sad Brit damsel (bit past sell by date) in distress?? Jane xx

Yo we have sizing here which is US + 4 I think, so for us a size 8 is a size 12. This is a slim size pants hun. Much love, Jane x :thumbup1:

Oh yes. It's been a constant problem. Found the best blockage remover is a dose or 2 of 15ml Lactulose and a few Actome probiotic yoghurts or som probiotic capsules. Plus water. Going forwards, massive amounts of cabbage, nice eh?? Jane x

Really sorry cpfc, missed your post. How did you get on?? Jane x

When I got to a certain weight, maybe over 200lbs I found I started to get really sick under Water. In fact I once had to do an emergency ascent, from only 13m fortunately, puking all the way up and trying to exhale at the same time. it was really scary. I put in down to abdominal fat not giving the organs enough room to expand with pressure changes on ascent, forcing my dinner up. The fishes liked it though! I am so looking forwards to nosing around on a tropical reef again, I love watching all the little activities going on, and fish cleaning stations are my favourites. Good luck with your surgery in September, and good luck with the fishes in 2011! Jane x

Wish I had the cash and the time to do all those things your old friends have but I still have to work. Hey, they may have photoshopped their pics, did you look closely at the shadows, were they pointing the right way etc?? I like the way this site works, its lovely to chat and meet people with similar issues and viewpoints, on the whole. If you want to upset anyone thoygh you just need to criticise their surgeon, like poking a stick into a hornets nest IMHO. All the very best to you Jane x

Oregandaisy is 100% correct. You have to play the waiting game. The weight comes off very fast initially and as you get closer to goal it gets slower. I took a year to lose my 1st 100lbs in total. But when it's gone it's gone, no more yoyo dieting thank God. Jane x -
Hi everyone, I have updated my albums with some truly horrible before pics, these were the ones I had to send to my surgeon Dr Cierny in the Czech Republic at the very start of my journey to getting the VSG. There are a couple of interim pics too and some 1 year out to 14 months out. Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery (VSG) Forum - Jane_J's Albums I am this morning 1lb to go to my goal of 133lbs and I am very happy :laugh0: I hope these will help to motivate all you lovely people who are following me in your weight loss journeys with the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. We can do it!!!! Hugs to you all, Jane x
