    Can't eat bread!

Hi Mom of 3 :biggrin1: Bread and rice are definately a no no. When you were given your deit wasn't that explained. Especially after just comming of mushies. Wraps are better and pitta bread but i give it a few months before you try them give your band time to relax and your stomach time to adjust. Hope this helps LANA

I am far from perfert and temption creeps in. I can tell you. but most of the time I balance that with my determination to succede Hugs Lana

 Dear Sunta I been advice by my deitition to eat soild food as it fills the pouch for four to five hours and not to drink for a hour after. she has recommended I limit my musky foods? Even though your diet sounds very colourful I am sure she would not approve. However, like the idear of the wine may add that heh heh :heh: Lana :nervous
