happy 4th of july! today i weigh 195 pds! i am down 57 pds in 11 mo. i sleep better! i walk better! congrats to everyone who is working on bettering their health.

hi!!! i weighed 252 pds last july and today i weigh 210.5!!! the weight is not coming off fast, but it is coming off!!! i am so glad i had lap band surgery(aug 13th, 08)... my doctors at des moines bariatrics and their staff have helped me to change my life. i became a grandmother on dec 21st to little willa and i am looking forward to spending many happy years with her and being able to fit better in the airplane seats since she lives in washington state and i am in iowa.

you are already a success!!! you have stamina!!! and i know you will be healthier and happier soon!!!
