It's going good. I lost 50 lbs. I weigh 179. I have been at a 50 lb lost for about 2 to 3 months now. I keep gaining and losing 3 lbs but no new weight. However I am losing inches. I joined boot camp for woman. Its a six week program. We workout from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. Monday thru Friday. And and at work I do two 15 min. power walks on my breaks. And maybe Saturday or Sunday I put in a dvd and work out. I am losing inches. I was a size 18 and now I am a size 10.
