Hi Trace,
You're doing great. I've lost 47 pounds so far. I started water aerobics twice a week and I think the exercise is helping. I go for a fill on July 17th which is a good thing because I feel myself slipping back into bad habits. I'm excited this week because I lost weight on vacation and that has never happened in my entire life. We went tot Great Wolf Lodge for a few days with the kids. It's an indoor waterpark so I did tons of walking and tons of stairs. Lots of exercise. I'm at 264 and can't wait to be under 200 (seems like a long ways off but maybe by our surgervisary :smile2: ).
