Please dont feel bad I havent lost much either! I had my 3rd fill yesterday I am now up to 7mls in a 12ml band! I have finally got some restriction I ate some solids today and felt every single thing so I now will have to be careful when it comes to food as I was able to eat everything up until today! The first fill I had was 4mls the second was only 1ml this week i got 2ml so I think I should be ok this month. All up since pre op I have lost 14kgs I thought I would have lost a bit more than that but I guess we cant rush these things Ok well chin up it will happen for you next fill fingers crossed!
