Hi my name is Deann and I am going to my first seminar on March 3rd and I already go the Dr referal but I am really nervous.. I have been fighting my weight for over 20 years and I always gain the weight back and then some. I have gotten up to 279 I never thought I would ever see or let myself get to 200 I need help, so Im considering lap band. Ive been told it takes 3 years to lose all your weight but gastric bypass takes only 1 year but I am afraid of that surgery. My sister passed away shortly after having gastric bypass so I don't want to consider that one. I would really appreceiate any of you that have already had lap band emailing me and letting me know how your doing and what I need to expect.
