I submitted my appeal today so keep your fingers crossed! The lady at Tricare that I gave it all to in order to fax it to the head quarters said it was the "most beautiful appeal she's ever seen" that I should "be a politician" and that if it was up to her she would approve it on the spot. Hopefully the lady that denied it the first time will feel the same way!! She just faxed it in this morning and I'm already going crazy! Oh how I pray that they say yes......

So sorry about the denial. I think a lot of insurance companies do that automatically on the first go around. I'll be more than happy to send my letters.

Hi!! I would absolutely love it if you would send me all of your appeal letters. I just got denied yesturday and really really want to appeal it as soon as possible. I see the surgeon again tomorrow to see if he can help and I saw the registered dietician today and she told me that if I wrote a letter for her she would sign it..... Any and all info would be great. Thanks so much for all you do on this website! Just FYI my BMI is 37 and I already had my gallbladder taken out but don't really have any co-morbidites. My BP is rising though and I have a strong family history.
