Hi coco butter I've had my first appointment with my surgeon and had my phyc evaluation, and later next week I will have my nutritional seminar I have uhc and they require 5 yrs bmi of 40 I only have 3 years documentation from my doctors but my church has an annual 12 week weight loss program that I participate in so since youve been banded and know how the proccess works do you think the documentation from my church program will be acceptable.
