Hey Jesse, I saw your pics on the forum and have been very impressed with your progress. I was wondering if you can shoot me over your weight routine in the gym since I will be looking to start doing the gym runs in the next 1.5 months. I was just banded on 3/2/09. I am putting down 3 protein shakes (Muscle Milk 21g protein / 220 calories) and crystal light in between. I did make myself a 2 egg omelet today which was very nice though too. I want to begin planning out a lifting routine. I did buy myself a nice Elliptical to use at home (Sole E95) but I want to begin mixing in weights too. I am a 38 year old male sitting at 6'4 391 lbs (Max weight was on 3/2/09 when I weighed at 415). So I was wondering if you can throw me your routine so that I can begin getting it worked in with the ellpitical. I would really appreciate any help you can give.
