I am working with Dr. Patchings and still do not have a date because I have not gottent the five day a week exercise down yet. By my next visit I will be able to say I have been doing the exercise as required and I actually like it. \
As you have been banded by Dr. patchings I would like to add you as a friend so I can follow how things are going with another patient of his.

Hi Donna, I just picked up a Wii yesterday. I spent last night working out on it. Its great. Thanks for bringing it to the last meeting. I was hooked after I saw the way you can work out on it. Please send me a message reminding me when the next meeting is here in Sac. I have someone else who wants to come. Thanks -
When and were is the Kaiser support group and is it open to anyone or only Kaiser patients?
