Need help, feeling frustrated have stopped going to my doctor, feel stuck with no options.

I have had three fills and then he reduced my fill because i kept vomitting. I am a year into my surgery and I have only lost about 45 lbs I am stuck and the scale wont move

I had surgery about a year ago and I have not been successful. I am in search of some new ideas or tips that may help... maybe even a new doctor.:scared2:
