Hey Raul,
I am reading everyones comments and they all sound so familiar. Drink and walk as much as you can. I know its painful but it will get better. After 2 weeks of surgery, I wasnt drinking much and ended up in the ER because I was dehydrated!!! Try to rest also. Dont over work your body. Hope this helps. Keep in touch!

Hey all,
Thanks for you replies. I have been trying to walk more at work. I work on the 7th floor of a building and I at least try to get my workout going up and down the stairs. As far as the eating goes, I try my best to get as healthy as I can. Its hard when you have a husband that can eat anything and everything and not gain an ounce. lol For lunch I have special K with fat free milk or chobani yogurt and a couple of boiled eggs. For lunch I have an apple with PB and a WW meal. Then for dinner I would have rice (YES I KNOW!!! lol) Beans and some chicken or fish. My nutritionist says its ok to snack so I get some almonds, carrots sticks or pudding or apple sause. I drink coffee most of the day but I have to admit that I dont get much Water in. Right now I am at 4CC's and I am starting to feel a little restriction but I think I need more. I am scheduled to see my doc in November and I hope to get more restriction then.

This is something my family has done for years to help with a queasy, nauseated tummy. Make up some SF Jello (small pkg) with two cups of boiling Water. Then you can DRINK it as either a hot or a cold drink. I usually put it over a whole glass of ice and a little extra Water to dilute it. It helps you keep hydrated by getting your water in and the Jello coats your tummy and helps you to feel better. Good Luck And I hope this will help you!Hi Melliebelle,
Thanks for the advice. I will try that today. It even sounds yummy!

I can only do liquids right now. I would like to have cream of wheat but i think it might be to much.

I am also hungry. lol Does anyone have any advice?

I had the same problem when I had a c-section. What I did was gently tap on my stomach to help me pass the gas. My doc also told me to use suppositories to help. I hope this helps!

Good luck! You will do great!

Hi,
I havent started yet but I heard you can eat Chobani yogurts instead with some fruit. Every nurtitionist is different though. Good luck!

Hi everyone! I've had my band for 3 years and I am also considering getting a sleeve. I've had horrible experiences that have led me to empty my band. Vomiting, chocking, chest pain etc. for the people that have had the sleeve. Do you ever feel like your choking on your food? ?!
