As a Lap-Band patient and a therapist I am inspired to help and support people who struggle with "disordered eating" with a particular emphasis on Bariatric Surgery patients. I have started this blog as a way to create a safe place to discuss topics relevant to lap-band patients and to support people in living and thriving with their lap-band.
