Happy 42nd Birthday douglas_stl!

We'll sorry for the long delay but the doctor had me go back to work sooner than I thought I would have to. I had about 20 lbs off before I started work but not it's about 15. I work 10 to 12 hour days and stopped working out. I was filled once with only 2.5cc and he said that was pretty aggressive for not doing it under xray, I wanted more but have another appt this Wednesday the 13th. I still have a pain in my left shoulder from that gas they put in you to expand your belly area. When I eat too much it hurts in my shoulders and when I bend over, weird ain't it. The doctor said it will go away but it hasn't yet. My wife and I are going to get memberships to Golds Gym so lets see if I use it. I have to get in the right state of mind and JUST DO IT!!

I can eat just about anything for the most part which kinda bums me out. I don't eat as much so thats good just wish I was losing weight but I know its because fo not working out. Have you still been doing OK?

Hey Doug. So glad to here that you have lost some weight. Isnt it nice? I weighed in yesterday and im down to 36 lbs lost. I have not had my 2nd fill yet. Was suppose to on Feb 19th but dr had to cancel then i was scheduled for Mar 4th and I had to cancel because my work would not let me go due to having a mandatory training session. And the dr has been booked up and out of the office a whole week this month so im going this coming wednesday for my fill. Yes,,, this puts me 6 weeks behind schedule now... ERRRR. But guess its better than nothing. Im still losing... slowly... but losing.. so i guess i cant complain to much. So you are 4 weeks out right now and you cant anything? Did the dr put fluid in your band at surgery? Man,,, at 4 weeks for me.. i could eat anything and everything i wanted. How long was you out of work?

Hey how is it going? I've lost 15lbs right now but I'm at a point where I can eat anything and I don't like it :thumbdown:. Did you get your fill and has it helped? Sorry it's been so long but my doctor sent me back to work.

So glad to here that your home. I was thinking about you and wondered how everything went. Congrats and hope to talk to you soon.

We'll did it 2/25/2009 and man it hurts. The air that is trapped in my shoulders hurts the most right now.
