I had my procedure on Feb. 2nd. I look forward to having you as a role model for me throughout my journey. I hope this is ok. When did you start eating the 1/4 cup of food, after you started having fills? I find myself eating a small breakfast and forced to eat lunch and dinner because I am still full from the breakfast. I have had no fills yet. I am planning to join a new gym opening near my work, will run up there on my lunch and days off. Thanks for getting back with me and I look forward to chatting often, as I really do not have anyone to "guide" me through this.
