OMG!!! that is awesome if you are down that much weight already...YOU GO GIRL!!!!Things have been busy for me i'm getting ready to go on a holiday to Jamaica and i'm battleing the flu! YUCK! But my weight loss has been steady about 3pounds a week and i'm 31 pounds gone and i'm under 200 now which i have not been for like 7 years so it is amazing feeling!!!!! I'm on full solids right now and the only thing i have found that does not really agree with me is pancakes! but still my portions are tiny tiny and i'm full after so it so awesome having this band it is just amazing!!!Best decision i ever made!! I go for my first fill at the end of april not sure if i even need it but we will see!!!So nice to hear from you talk to you soon!

I just started on solids yesterday, but I'm to use to having soup that I had some lol It's so weird I'm NOT hungry... I've lost 30 lbs but I think my scale is off because I weighed myself at my boyfriends and It said I was down almost 45 lbs so I'm going to go to the drs and find out for sure what my actual weight is. How are you doing? Hope all is well! xoxo -

no i dont exercise. I need to. I am struggling though with wanting to run away and be with this guy in NY. I moved to NY to be with him 5 months ago and stayed there 3 months and now I am feeling like going back. I dont know if it has anything to do with the weight loss but I have these crazy feelings alot that I try to fight. I get scared of being trapped and start doubting my relationship with my fiance. (of 6 years) he loves me sooo much and has sacrificed alot for me. But i still get these crazy feelings. I am going thru a hard time right now...

OMG i can't believe that have you on liquids for so long. I actually get to start some solids next week. I've lost about 3 more lbs but now i'm just stabilizing i think its with introducing more foods. I cant wait to really start working out, i know that will help more with my weight loss. I'm glad you get to eat real food in a couple days!

I'm doing good... finally get to eat real food starting next Wednesday... How much weight have you lost? Are you still on mushies? I don't have a mushie stage I've been on liquids since the 18th of FEB!!!!! It seems like forever haha but I know it's worth it. Hope you're doing well xoxo
