Good luck with starting Optifast - I am doing it for 2 meals at the moment, but will get more strict on myself next week. I am walking walking walking though - 2 hours total today.

Hi Pharmagirl, how are you going on Optifast - I was soooooo good for the first week - now lost focus - keep coming back here to see before and after pics. Don't have to be really serious until Easter Friday - but . . . being really really bad at the moment. whoops. Hopefully I will be back on track tomorrow. Try try try again . . .
