Hey Lou,
Thanks for asking about Lisa. She's doing really well today though she has had a rough time here and there. I have blogged more info in case you're interested.
How was the last supper at France Soir (one of my faves along with Bistro Thierry). Lisa and I both love all french food! Now, we just have to start eating like french women (who have just little tastes of everything) instead of french piggies (who vacuume up all placed before them).
How are you doing with the Optifast? I was doing well but have fallen off the horse the last couple of days. Am getting back on there now. I'm really scared because I know I have an enlarged liver due to fatty infilitration so the pre-op diet is imperative.
