hello everyone its anew year and and new me I have to get to at least 100lbs by March. I have a personal trainer and i work out 5-6 days a week. I am slowly going back down but I need to watch what i eat.

Thats great. I started back working out also and I am down 5lbs. I have also been watching what I eat which is the issue for me anyway lol. But we can do this. Stay encourage and lets keep in touch. What was your starting weight? Did you have your surgery this year?
I had mine in 2009 going on 2 year in Jan 2011
