hmmm.. I don't want you to take after me because I'm really not much on the exercising. Actually I haven't excercised much at all.. It's all been in changing my eating habits.. I mean I will go walk a couple miles at the park every now and then and I love to go swimming at the lake. Great Excercise! But as far as something I do daily I just can't seem to find the time. I eat normal foods just like everyone else, Only it's a quarter of what I used to eat. For instance today I had pizza for lunch. I ate one small slice instead of four.. And for breakfast I drink boost.. It's a really good drink for lap banders because it has about 15g of protein, And we need it!! I don't know about you but I have trouble eating any kind of meat.. And I can't eat bread. I don't eat bread at all actually unless it's pizza and the very thin crust. I try to stay away from ice cream and milk. I found that I could eat all I wanted & I started gaining.. Hope this helps. Any more questions are welcomed
