HI, I was banded jan 19th. I have lost 25 pounds so far :blushing: my first fill was yesterday. I needed it. I was starting to eat a little more and more hungry than I have been. I tend to eat 4 small snack/meals a day. Usually a protein shake for breakfast and coffee, then a couplewheat crackers and lf cheese, a small chkn salad with lf ranch, and 1/4 c yogurt and 1/4 c lf cottage chese. Hope that helps. It is normal to still think about food, that's all we did for years, it's gonna take a some work but we'll loose that.
