Hi Missy, How did your surgery go???

You did do the right thing, I've jus reached my one year anniversary today and have consistently lost weight throughout the year...slow as it was I always lost weight. I just got another fill today and now have 7.5 cc in my 10 cc band. I have lost 60 lbs so far and have another 40 to go. It isn't an easy journey but it is a great tool to help you change your eating habits and relationship with food...let me knowhow you do
