I hae a hard time getting the protein. Not much of a meat eater. Can't eat eggs and seafood. (alergies) i do love my oatmeal and eat it most mornings. Lunch is probably the hardest but i will work on it. I love grilled red pepper sandwichs. What bread do you find the best? I will work on eating the meat for dinner usually can get a little down. Over the years i have become more and more a vegetarian. I do do dairy. Love soups too with beans. I love hearing what you are eating thanks
