Hello, first time user of this site!!! I had my lap band surgery in Sept. 08, I have had 2 fills and my last fill a month ago has been causing problems!!! I can only eat/drink fluids and soft foods before dinner or I get sick. Sometimes dinner doesn't stay down either. I feel really uncomfortalbe and sometimes get the hicups while eating. Am I eating too fast or is my band too tight? I have been able to keep dinner down a few times and I'm able to eat a cup or so. -Which makes me think the band is not too tight. BUT- when most of the time everything I eat wants to come up I wonder. I try to chew well and eat slowly but I admit I don't have this part down well yet! I have tried avoiding certain foods but sometimes they bother me and sometimes they don't. What do you think??? Thanks!
