Just wondering what y'all like out there...Right now I'm listening to Omarions new "Enterouge" it is pure fire...Also LOVE Dead Prez and I'm a faithful Bizzy Bone fan...I'm a Hip Hop baby, bought my first rap 'TAPE' in 1988 Too Short and never looked back. I love the Hip Hop culture from West coast to East Coast to Dirty South. Back in the day I even got to kick it with Tupac RIP....

:hungry: I really wish I could eat meat, I really do. I'm so scared of it. It repulses me. Sometimes it smells good, but I just can't. I feel if I did eat it then it would kick start my metabolism and I would eat so many less carbs. I am still on pre-op diet but I'm reflecting on what got me here. I am really looking forward to the band and not being able to eat bread and pasta anymore, due to what I here about the dreaded PB's. I think that alone would keep me from doing it, but who knows what the dreadful mind will do? Well, 4 days to LB surgery...I wish I would wake up and tomorrow would be the day...

Barbara, thanks for the pic! It's sooo nice to have a face to match with the pic. You and your husband look really happy. I hope to travel again once I lose weight. We are planning an anniversary trip right now in November to Kauai... Housecatgirl, you are gorgeous - before & after!

Thanks Barbara, My Dr. finally just called me back and said he would make an exception and call in a new prescription, whew! That's my insurance while I be down there, just in case :- )

Hi Jenna, Monday I am going to Puerto Vallarta Mexico to get Banded by Dr. Joya his website is www.drjoya.com It cost me $8000 for airfare, surgery, and stay at hotel after. I did a lot of research too and found that he had a lot of great referrals and he was more affordable then others. I'll keep you posted!

girl, you know what helped me when my husband and i used to argue or say hurtful things to each other? i got a journal from the bookstore and instead of instigating or responding to keep things going, i write all of my feelings down in a journal happy or sad every day and since i have been doing this, no argument and no tiff has escalated to anything in months. and, he is so jealous of my journal! he's like, why do you have to write in that, what are you writing, blah blah blah, it makes him uncomfortable that i might record any bad behavior so he has really been trying to be his best all the time! it was really weird but this is what happened!
